About this Faculty
Sharonda Crome is a polarity coach, somatic practitioner, and empowerment self-defense instructor devoted to helping humans soften out of survival and into a deeper, more soul-rooted way of living.
Through her practice, Soul Work & Somatics, Sharonda offers an integrative blend of Polarity Therapy, somatic healing, and body-based boundary work to support those standing at a threshold—the quiet yet pivotal moment where surviving is no longer enough, and the body begins asking for something more. Her work creates space to pause, listen, and choose. Not through pressure, but through presence.
She holds a rare kind of space—where stillness becomes strategy, rest becomes resistance, and thriving is not a future state but a practice of returning to yourself.
This isn’t about striving for a better version of you.
It’s about being with the truth of you.
It’s about letting go of what kept you alive, and learning what helps you feel fully here.
Sharonda also shares cinematic voice-over vlogs through her YouTube channel, Sharonda is Evolving—a personal exploration of healing, reinvention, and remembering what matters most. Her work is less about offering answers, and more about becoming a mirror—inviting others to recognize themselves in the pause, the breath, the shift.
“My work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about feeling you. All of you.
This isn’t a glow-up.
It’s a homecoming.”
